About us

This site is operated by ELARIA GROUP LTD (company number 16835866), registered in England and Wales, registered office 35 Ballards Lane, London, England, N3 1XW. Contact: hello@elaria.com. In these terms, "we" and "ELARIA" mean ELARIA GROUP LTD.

Ordering

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation of dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because a harvest has sold through, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on your order. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider.

Delivery

We deliver to the UK. Delivery times and costs are on our Shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Your right to cancel and returns

Your cancellation and return rights are set out on our Returns page and follow UK consumer law. In short: faulty or damaged goods are replaced or refunded; sealed, unopened bottles may be returned within 14 days for a change of mind; opened bottles cannot be returned except where faulty, for food safety reasons.

Our products

ELARIA is a natural agricultural product. Colour, flavour and character change from harvest to harvest. This is the nature of a real single-origin oil, and part of what makes each year its own. Images are representative.

Our liability

We stand behind our products, and your legal rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or that fall outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.

Intellectual property

ELARIA is a registered trademark of ELARIA GROUP LTD. The ELARIA name, wordmark, logo, text and images on this site belong to us and may not be used without our permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and subject to its courts.
